Who are we?
The Creative Collective was not built in a boardroom.
It was built from years of watching talented, capable, driven individuals sit just outside the door of opportunity, not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked access, guidance, or someone willing to take the time to see them clearly.
We have both spent our lives in rooms where decisions are made. Rooms where talent is discovered. Rooms where careers begin. And over time, one thing became clear. There are far too many individuals who should be in those rooms, who never make it there.
That is where this began.

Marlana Glaeser

Marlana is the founder of The Glaeser Group, a marketing and business strategy firm known for helping entrepreneurs and creatives build clear, sustainable paths forward.
Her work has always centered around one thing — helping individuals take what they already carry and position it in a way the world can see and respond to.
Before stepping fully into the business world, Marlana spent several years in the mental health sector. Ten years prior to this, she founded a nonprofit, working with single parents, contributing to efforts that reached beyond local communities and into global impact. Those seasons shaped how she sees people, how she builds, and how she leads.
She also comes from a ministry background. While the structure of that season no longer defines her work, the heart behind it never left. Today, her ministry looks different. It shows up in how she serves, how she builds, and how she creates spaces for others to step into who they are.
Raised through lived experience rather than traditional pathways, Marlana understands what it means to build something from the ground up. Her approach is direct, human, and rooted in both strategy and instinct. She does not separate creativity from business. She believes they belong in the same room.
Kimberly Myers

Kimberly Myers is a casting producer with more than 30 years of experience discovering and developing talent across the country and internationally.
She has played a role in placing thousands of individuals into opportunities that have shaped careers in film, television, modeling, and the performing arts. Her ability to see people clearly, often before they see themselves, has become the foundation of her work.
Earlier in her journey, Kimberly founded a nonprofit designed to support and develop young performing artists. As her work within the industry expanded, that same heart and energy naturally grew into what is now The ARTS, where she has continued to invest in the next generation on a much larger scale.
Kim also comes from a ministry background. While her path has evolved, the foundation of how she shows up for others has not changed. Her work today reflects that same calling, just expressed in a way that meets people where they are.
She leads with intuition, honesty, and a deep understanding of what it takes to not only enter the industry, but to sustain a life within it. Her work is not about surface-level success. It is about long-term growth, confidence, and identity.

Why We Built This Together
Our paths were different, but the work was always aligned before we ever met each other in 2020, before the start of Covid.
We both come from ministry backgrounds, and while that word may look different in this season of our lives, the definition remains the same at its core. It is how we serve. It is how we show up. It is how we care for the people in front of us.
We both see people.
We both understand the gap between talent and opportunity.
And we both know that access should not be reserved for a select few.
We are both actively running and growing our own businesses. That work continues. It matters. But we also recognize something else. This is needed.
The Creative Collective exists to close that gap.
Not by making empty promises, but by creating real spaces where individuals can be developed, supported, connected, and taken seriously.
We are back in this work together, with the intention of building something that extends beyond the two of us. A team. A network. A structure that allows this to grow and serve well beyond what we could do on our own.
What You Will Find Here
You will not find noise.
You will find intention.
You will find community, education, and opportunities designed to move people
forward in practical, tangible ways.
And most importantly, you will find a space where you are not overlooked.
